Eureka - Our New Cookbook
After a year or two in the making, we are very excited to share our new cookbook: Eureka!
Eureka features 80 recipes from Antona at Home, our beloved 'at home' meal service, which proved the lifeline for Simpsons and The Cross during the challenging days of the pandemic. Designed with the home cook in mind, each recipe uses accessible ingredients and easy-to-follow methods.
The book is inspired by Andreas' upbringing in a Cypriot family running and living above a restaurant inspired his passion for hospitality and bringing happiness not only to customers but to all members of his team.

About Our Cookbook
Named after Andreas' 'eureka moment' and the state-of-the-art Eureka Cookery School at Simpsons, this cookbook pays homage to Antona at Home, which helped support our team and loyal customers through various lockdowns. At its peak, Antona at Home was sending out up to 700 boxes per week nationwide - clear evidence that restaurants were greatly missed during the long periods of lockdown.
Antona at Home was born out of necessity but quickly became a joy for our chefs during a difficult time, allowing them to express their creativity and ultimately do what they love. We received so much praise for our 'at home' meals that we have decided to share our treasured recipes with you.
Andreas' favourite is inspired by his Greek heritage: "Lamb Kleftiko, Aromatic Cous Cous, Pomegranate, Pine Nuts, Mint, Parsley and Tenderstem Broccoli", whilst other dishes reflect the much-loved vegan menus at The Cross and Simpsons such as "Roasted Cauliflower, Miso, Black Garlic, Raisins and Toasted Quinoa".
